TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions apply to the relationship between the potential guest and Vila Luna, from the moment of the reservation request until the end of the stay period. 

In the cade of situations that are not provided for in the Terms and Conditions, applicable legislation in used.

Accommodation is exclusive to adults.

BOOKING POLICY

Reservations can be made by email or through our webstite and reservation platforms. Reservations made on our website are subject to availability.

Unless otherwise specific, the minimum stay is two nights.

PAYMENT POLICY

After confirming the dates, reservations are guaranteed by paying 50% of the total cost of the stay, by bank transfer within 48 hours of the proposal, and proof of payment must be sent to the email (booking@vilaluna.pt).

Failure to pay this amount by the established date automatically leads to the cancellation of the reservation.

The remaining amount must be paid up to 14 days before arrival. After booking, guests will receive an email from the Vila Luna with payment instructions.

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The customer will be charged 100% of the total price if cancel within 14 days of arrival.

The staying guest may interrupt their stay at any time, without refund.

It is recommended that guests take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen events that could cause the reservation to be canceled.

• There are exceptions to the conditions for group bookings that include more than 3 rooms;
• Reservations for stays of more than 30 nights are not accepted.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Rooms are avilable for entry from 3pm to 6pm on the date of arrival.

Upon check-in, the guest will have to identify thamselves by providing their identification document (identify card/passport) for verification.

On the day of check-out, the room must be free of people and good and without any demage by 11 am.

Check-in and check-out may occur outside the set time, provided that the availability is checked by the accommodation, and an additional fee may be charged.

We do not have a reception so please let us know your estimated time of arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

There is a security deposit of €100,00 to be paid in cash on the day of arrival, wich will be returned at check-out if no demage is found.

OVERBOOKINGS

In a situation of overbooking, we will contact the guest in question, with a view to relocating them to another establishment with similar characteristics, within a 4km and, if this situation is impossible, we will refund the payment.
